I took this image while staying in one of the many nice water front Hotels in Vancouver Washington. The night air was just cleaned after a fresh rain and the lights were really out of this world. I wonder what it looked like from space.

Great shot and since I live in Portland town it also looks very familiar good ole I-5 bridge, its a great bike ride across that bridge and a super bike and pedestrain path along the river both sides. The Vancouver bike path is the one to take you can ride thru the old Kiaser Shipyards in Vancouver. Thanks for sharing that it goes to my favorites.

You managed to expose just right on this one. Just long enough to get the detail, but not to long to lose the suttle colours.

Really nice,...Red

Nice shot. Don't get to see much from this angle, mostly because it's a shopping mall and light industrial during the day. :) I love how you cropped the bottom of the picture, I think it adds to the mysteriosness of the dark water below.

Hi MIchael...I had not seen this photo before this for some reason. I think I was always so intrigued with your scenery shots. And this one of Portland is just awesome for sure. The mood is perfectly set with the wonderful lights, and the bridges add a bit of dramatic architecture. Then that very moody sky, wow. Such a well put together photo.Nice!! Verena
