Another image from my series of the Painted Hills of Central Oregon. The place is real and the only touch-up on these images is to remove some of the noise generated from scanning into my computer from film. For those of you who still use film, I only shoot Fuji Velvia, a slide film known for its color saturation. I hope you enjoy.

OMG!!!!!!! I cannot believe this beauty! Tell me...was it hard to leave this place?
I would have had to just sit there hours and hours staring with my mouth hanging open.
Thank you for capturing this natural wonder!

I can't believe that this is real. The colors are incredible. It's just amazing what you find if you look hard enough.

You'll have to let me know where this is so I can go visit it in person as well as through your images.

Thanks for sharing.

You can tell a lot about a person by the way they handle these three things: a rainy day, lost luggage, and tangled Christmas tree lights!

This looks like the moon. It's hard to believe that such colors exist on this world. I also appreciate the way you incorporated the shapes of the landscape into your image. The big diagonal grooves really give motion to your image.

The colors here are breathtakingly beautiful Michael. It is really hard sometimes to realize how much beauty is around us until we really start looking! I like the shapes that you captured here also. I like everything about this and am downloading it into my favorites folder on my hard drive for future perusal! Thanks for sharing this with us :~)

them but don't know if I could do the colors justice. will keep
