Great shot and full of story. I like how you have turned a rather common subject and one of labour into something opposite. The detail of the fabric texture is great and the exposure is perfect. As good as its gets...excellent:-)

You put the subject, prosaic as it is at exactly the right spot to emphasize it, and your use of black and white brought out the excellent job you did of focusing and exposing this image. The textures on the cloth, the peg, and the rope really pop.
Back when you uploaded this one I thought how beautiful it was, and I marvelled at how highly the members valued it. You had a very high c-index as I recall. I have to wonder now about the c-index. Your image is still just as beautiful, yet the c-index is ridiculously low. What gives?
