you have blurred the background beautifully, its a beatiful colour too. the seagull is very detailed also. you have got the exposure well, without washing out the whites or making the dark areas black. maybe it would be even better if the photo was a bit to the right, to show more of the bird...?

What a surprise! What a nice seagull. It is funny because I have just downlowded a seagull as well. Great close-up, so many details of the bird. I hope soon you show us also the photo of the whole bird.
