Nice, the pictures are in suprisingly good condition. I was suprised to see that you said only 2,000 to 4,000 years ago, normally people say something like "10 to 90 million years." Which personally I don't agree with about the earth being that old. But anyways, very nice again =)

Hey WN, The oldest rock drawings date of 17000 years to Lascaux (France) and 20000 years in the Chauvet site (France). The homo Sapiens is 100000 years old, not more ;-)

I'm gald that you agree with me in a way, I'm not sure if the earth has been here more then a couple thousand years, but I definatly do not agree that it has been here for more then a million, which I'm gald to see you agree with. =)

Anyways, I'm gald to see you posted one of the Namib desert pictures on the world gallery, because I wasn't sure where it was. You got some great pictures from that area. *sigh* Another place to add to my list of places to visit someday before I die ;-)

That's an interesting picture. btw, i believe the earth is a little less than 10,000 yrs old, and the whole evolution thing is the most ridiculous thing i've ever heard of in my life...it appears you guys don't believe that either...so that's cool

Seems to be a religious meeting point here. I do believe that Dinosaurs for example are a "little" older than a few thousands years, but i still respect religious people and the picture is a really nice one.

Awesome picture. I like the idea of having something so primative on the high-tech. :c)

The work of art may have a moral effect, but to demand moral purpose from an artist is to make him ruin his work. (Johann Wolfgang von Goethe - 1832)

I like it, it looks like a pattern or tiled background, but isn't

A super photograph of a pictograph! Your shot captures the rock "canvas" texture and highlights the depth of the prehistorically mixed pigments that were used.
