Pierre, this one is brilliant. I've spent some time looking at it, and it looks perfect. You chose just the right subjects to keep in color, and whatever software you used to do the job worked great. The colored parts of the scene look perfectly natural.

What did you use to edit this AND briefly how did you do it? The only ways i know how to do this in Photoshop would end up sloppy. This is so clean...But if you dont want to spill your secrets, i understand :)

What a great, creative idea. I love the color on the B&W....it definitely adds to the "festive" theme! Maybe someday when I grow up I will learn how to do this too! lol

Wow, Pierre! YOu really did a great job editing this one. As for using only the lasso tool... well, you either have more patience than me, or more skill, or both... like raven if I had tried this it would have been very "sloppy"...
