Good morning
This is very very nice. The gradation from shade nearby to full sun in the distance seems to have its balance on the line drawn where the village lies. One could imaginge oneself walking across the fields to the village.
But words are things, and a small drop of ink, falling, like dew, upon a thought produces that which makes thousands, perhaps millions think and smile.
Art is everywhere, except it has to pass through a creative mind.
There is so much depth to this image. I like the subdued colors and lighting, accented by the haze. It looks like a really nice early morning walk, pleasant and quiet.
thanks for the link to the website.... nice to have some info on where the pic was taken :) I love the atmosphere you've captured with the fog in this shot Pierre, you've done a great job ... well done :D - sarah
Doesn’t it seem overgrown for its location :-) It’s an interesting image, the light and shadows seem to draw my eye to the village. Your photo is much more picturesque than those in the link.
Oh to see a site like that but wait I have through the eyes of Pierre P.Beautiful landscape.A treking trip?I wish our site bounced back the comment after you had written it so the person could communicate.I forget which people I have written sometimes:(

Hello Pierre, I just had this photo go past me in the voting booth...and I knew it was yours before I ever saw your name, my friend! What a most lovely lovely scene! The castle and the shadows on the land make it so very beautiful. But YOU are the artist that captured this! Many cheers to you .....verena
