Now you succeeded, Pierre, in making me totally confused. I simply do not know which one I prefer. Maybe the darker one after all ... But this one is special, too ...
This one is also an excellent image Pierre.I only wish the bare tree to the left center was removed, but the detail, color and composition are superb!!!

This photo adds on to your already-impressive collection of pictures. Congratulations on a photo well-taken. You have the eye for a good photo and the skill to materialize your vision. Keep up the great work!
I hold it true that thoughts are things; They're endowed with bodies, breath and wings:
And that we send them forth to fill the world with good results, or ill.
That which we call our secret thought speeds forth to earth's remotest spot, leaving it's blessings or it's woes like tracks behind it as it goes.
We build our future, thought by thought for good or for ill, yet know it not.
Yet so the universe was wrought .
Thought is another name for fate.
Choose then thy destiny and wait, for Love brings Love and Hate brings Hate. - Henry Van Dyke.
WOW!!!!!!!!!! This looks amazing on the desktop!!! I agree with Gregwrld i love the green in this picture...its so refreshing thanks for sharing this pic its awesome!!!
I'll chip in a dollar if you go to other extremely wet locales ... be sure to pack the wrong clothes ... because angst and sufferage are what makes good art what it is
and, therefore, you must have been suffering plenty when you took this ... coz, this is great
Excelente imagen!! Lugar ideal para pasar un dia de este verano

Excellent image!! Ideal place to happen one day of this summer
Good work Pierre!!
woah. This was taken in France?!?!? Wow. When I went to France, I saw LOTS of sunflowers and the ocean and the eiffel tower, and the mona lisa, but not rainforests, awsome picture...15/10!!!!!!
The world is changed. I feel it in the water. I feel it in the earth. I smell it in the air. Much that once was, is lost, for none now live who remember it. -Lord of the Rings, The Fellowship of the Ring
This looks pretty refreshing. Like the colors and the depth. I'm a bit torn between the appeal of this image and the wonderful contrasts of "Rainforest 1".
one request...stop producing such amazing pics cuz u make da rest of us look terrible...lol...jks..another amazing image...the mood, the colour and the angle of depression are just PERFECT....amazingly amazing lol...10/10 once again
Well I will state my preference. They are all beautiful, but this one stands out for me. I think that the challenge often in forest shots is to avoid dark shadows and extreme highlights and allow us to see all the different spaces. This does this perfectly and the light in the mist reminds us of the sky above, without bleaching part of the photo. The only thing that I would like to see is the extra 200 pixels that are cropped to make it 1600 x 1200. Great Pierre!

If my comment on your work ever seems to criticise, it does not. It is always so that we may learn together.
Great shot! So clear with the light fog, the green in this is beautiful and all of the colors look very good, any increase in saturation here? If so or not great job and on my desktop probably for a very long time!
Very "sleepy" picture Pierre.Did you contast it a little. or are the greens really that vibrant? Eitherway, France seems so beautiful, from what I've seen on television and in photographs.
I haven't gone for my weekly stroll in the woods yet and perhaps I won't have to after viewing this very atmospheric shot. I can almost feel the mist on my forehead and hear the chirping birds and the crunch of grass beneath my feet. Nice job.
Wonderful photo. I also loved Rainforest 1. I feel as if I walked out of the deeper darker side of the forest to a less dense part with more light coming through.
