Just a few days ago I saw your other photo of ND and thought it would be interesting to know the story behind the many sculptures on the fascade. There is a row of full-body figures higher up that appear to be former popes or saints or something. I think a detailed photo study of the building would be very interesting. Thanks for sharing this.
