Appears to be a bit windy. I like the wonderful shadows and can appreciate the altitude from this shot.

This is brilliant! I love the way the snow is just "floating" off of the mountain tops! You got trees in the forground too - it makes the image seem less fearfully cold. :)

Dear Pierre, I have always have such a fond feeling for all your snow photos, they are always magnifique!! And this one is just perfect. The cold feeling comes thru so strong. I know how cold it is when it is bright and sunny out on a Winter day. And that blowing snow makes it even colder. This is just a very outstanding photo my friend. Verena
