I took this shot while having an early morning stroll in a rubber estate. The heavy fog created a natural density filter for my shot. It was the time where the rubber workers returning to they’re work places and you can see one on the shot. Comment appreciated.

This is a very nice image Priyantha. I like the early morning light, the fog, the subject and the composition is perfect. 10 by me and on one of my computers for a week.
Thanks.

Hello Priyan!...well, to see this gorgeous photo of yours sure made me smile!! I can just feel the time of day...the peace and quiet surrounding everything..The silhouettes you captured here are just perfect! Even the little grasses show up against that beautiful sunrise. The soft fogginess is just lovely too..I hope the day can come that I can do a canvas painting of this..It would be wonderful! I'm anxiously awaiting more of the photos of your holiday time....verena

Being a fan of the macabre, if I had not read about the photo, I could also come up with a spooky perspective....{ if I may}. Foggy image...just returning from burying a body......
Hey...I like the photo! Just offering a different perspective. { Yeah, I'm weird...sorry}.
Nice photo....in every way. A definite 10/10 :)

This is a wonderful image, Priyantha, and another proof that mother nature does a better work than any filter can do. The whole image looks as if you had given him a soft touch but given your description I believe it came out of your camera quite like this. I really like the lighting on this shot as well as the different stages of contrast in the trees. The sun with it's different colored rings and the silhouette of the person give your image a mysterious feel, as if it was a sequence of a dream. Very good work from you, thumbs up !!!

Beautifully shot piece! Your exposure gives more than just a silhouette against the rising sun and a wonderful capture of the mist. Excellent composition.

Hi Priyantha, saw the thumbnail & just had to stop & look. What a fantastic shot. The mist, the rising sun, the silhouetted figure among the trees all lend themselves to the feeling provoked by your shot, to me a feeling of anticipation. The rising sun makes one think of dreams that can come true, hopes soon to be fulfilled. A very emotive & thought provoking image. Well done !

what a beautiful, amazing and magical capture....its so lovely, it gets me into it...great work!!! wow. I wanted also, to thank u for your comments on my recent upload "roots or traces" , Im amazed, in how just one image can evoke a lot of meaning, in this case this image which has a lot symbolims as The tree and the fire are very strong symbols, to remain middle ages, The tree is the symbol of life with all his roots and branches, the belly that rebirth of a new life, while the flames could destroy everything mystical and dangerous around us. this is what enchants to me of the art, the diversity of ideas that can cause in only one visual piece, without words. Thanks my friend, as always appreciate your support. :)

Fantastic composition, and the silhouette of the rubber worker makes a fantastic part to this surreal scene. The lighting is amazing, and the fog gives it just the right natural filter. One thing i should mention though, is that i wish we couldn't see the silhouette holding something (white), because i find it detracts from the overall scene. Maybe some photoshop work could change this. I know its a very small detail but because this man is a major focal point of this photo i think it's worth mentioning.

Once again an excellent photo - looking forward to many more great ones.

Good morning Priyantha! Wow, a couple of days away from the kepboards with an achy back and look what I almost missed! This is a great shot. It has a very lonely feel to it. I think the early morning fog creates that in the viewers mind. I like the lone worker in silhoutte. Maybe that is where the lonely feeling is centered. I commented on an image awhile ago that had been done in Dreamsuite, but Mother Nature does her own 'sweet dreams' doesn't she? The sun looks just amazing! Thanks for posting this.
Thanks also for visitng ~big ship~. I was amazed by everything I saw on this trip. Beauty was wherever the eye looked. I thought it was unusual to have pilings and flowers in the foreground when a huge ship was pasing by, but somehow, I don't think it is too unusual where this image was shot! I am glad that you were able to enjoy it with me. My gallery door is alwyas unlovked, so stop by anytime. The coffee is on and the cookies are warm. As always Priyantha, your comments/critiques are deeply appreciated and warmly welcomed. :~)

this is wonderful picture my friend! it has mystical mood to it. What a great job you,ve done with the fog together! The silhouette of the worker catches the eye, just as the sun does. The composition is perfect.Unusual picture.

Wow, this is certainly hitting the spot for excellence. Wonderful exposure and has me wondering if you got more shots of the sun rising. What I am envisioning is a shot taken from the left of your position for this shot. I see the sun piercing through those trees and being bisected by the person. Beautiful capture Priyantha.

Well done priyanthab.
I agree great shot. I think the sillhouette of the worker makes the image as it gives a sense of scale and adds the human touch and differentiates it from the more traditional landscape/sunrise shots. The moody fog is another bonus.
Good work..
