Superb lighting and colour, this feels really warm and tropical immediately. Once again i feel that humidity through the photo! Also composition is nice, and it's a good candid portrait of someone doing their job. Great work.

The background here is awesome Priyanthana. It almost looks like a transparent overlay. Is this taken at sunrise? Is that the mist/gog still laying in the fields? The rubber and tea plantations always looks so lush and green and full of life. I know that is is a tough place for the workers. The camera doesn' always catch the true story, does it?
Thanks for sharing more of your history with us. It is much appreciated :~)

Like everyone said, lighting here is excellent and along with the photojournalistic approach you have going on here, is what makes this picture special for me. I like it very much Priyantha and I'm so glad you share your wonderful country with us.

Now that’s a different and very interesting subject. You’ve handled the extreme lighting very well too. What are the foreground plants, Tea?
