Just had the thought that your photo here would be a more than worthy entry to the current contest running.

That of; "Simplicity".

And if taken literally, the definition/meaning of simplicity more than applies, methinks.

p.s. Lil' bit of noise present. Not sure what image editing software you have at your disposal, however.. and forging ahead ... here is a freeware noise removal program available as standalone or plugin:

As far as the noise, you're right, I didn't notice it before. I think it got introduced in the HDR processing. I used Zoner Photo Studio to clean up the noise a bit, you can see the result here...

A beautiful and calming image, soft yet sharp where it counts, clearly showing us the branches and birdhouse. It doesn't follow the rule of thirds but doing that would have ruined the image, it being necessary to let us see the full tree and its reflection (rules are made to be broken). Into my favorites and thank you.
