This is one fantastic image. The composition is dead on as is the exposure. A 10 by me and in my favorites.

What a shot Quentin. I love how the sky gets in a storm, really ominous and weirdly lit. You captured that lighting perfectly and got a spectacularly placed rainbow to boot. Well done!

I've never seen anything like this. Tell us all, how did you get to lucky? I found this in the voting booth and had to come back to see the comments because I wasn't sure if it was real or not. Did you doctor this image, or is this how it was? It's spectacular either way, but it definiely got my curiosity going.

Pretty amazing. Perfectly arched rainbow. Lovely fall colors. Rich light. What grabs my attention as much as the rainbow is the way the river and path go off to opposite directions at nearly the same curve. A great split and addition to your capture.
