I thought about holding this one until Wednesday and posting it for "Hump Day"; but since we already have a Wacky Wednesday, I might as well post it today. I took this shot this morning well after sunrise just north of here. This is just off of State Highway 1 aka the Coast Highway. I liked the wildflowers in the foreground. Not sure if this hump has a name or not. Note the power poles and power lines in the foreground. This is a big hump.

All comments are much appreciated.

Dorothy, this is a good one, I barely notice the power lines, the hump grabs all of the attention. You sure had a good sky that day, I have traveled Highway 1 many times up north of you when I lived in the bay area. tigs=^..^=

I like this a lot too Dorothy. I did some quick editing on this just now and got a lot more out of it , light and color etc. It is beautiful and worthy of some fine tuning. Great photo.

The Hump is a great 'Centre-Piece' perfectly framed!..

Good details and well composed!...

To me, the power poles/lines aren't disturbing, Dorothy. It's a part of the nowadays reality, showing the mankind's 'progression' (please notice the quotes).
The wild flowers took all my attention however. It's a wonderful sight. It's almost a floral necklace of the hump in the background.
Very fine one again.

I would call it a small hill. Clear details and true natural colors overall.
