This photo was taken on property owned by Pacific Gas and Electric Company on the grounds that house the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant. Until a short time ago, this land was off limits to the public but is now open on Saturday.

I like how you composed this one, and blue being my favorite color, I like the varied colors in the water. I too wonder about the safety of having it open, but lucky for you and the camera you captured the scenery so well. tigs=^..^=

Beautiful photograph, Dorothy! The mixed blues of the ocean are gorgeous. And I love that you caught a seagull sitting atop that huge hunk of broken earth, to reflect just how large it actually is.
