A bumble bee and I think a Japanese beetle sharing a flower. Took it in my yard in Michigan. I deleted my first attempt because it was too dark.

Don't know what the first one looked like but this one is a beauty. Great timing finding them together like this.

Nicely caught shot! And different, catching the bee and bug sampling the same flower. The bumblebee seems almost drunk with the pollen - it's all over him :) Very good details of the inside of the bloom and the pollen laden stamen. Some of those soft white petals look like small fans. Lovely inner colors of the flower. Excellent macro Dean..thanks!!
