Taken the afternoon of 12-19 in the low winter sun in southern Arizona. This place is about 10 or so miles from central Tucson; the water usually runs here year-round. If you hike down and boulder-hop about a mile upstream, there's an 80' waterfall ... next trip! Several flash floods through here every year though.

~ Wonderful desert shot! I love how your eyes are first drawn to the sunlit autumn yellow shrubs/trees and the water...then carried up to as far as the eye can see.

And you can tell the way the river runs just by following the line of vegetation. I love the desert's beauty, but the heat is far too much for me :)
