Trying to make a crowd pleaser, it reminds me of some of the skits from Disney's Fantasia. It was a fairly simple technique with a lot of embellishment.

It's clean, it's pretty, has some depth, it's different, and it works for a desktop image. Nice work.

I like this. Lovely colours. Simple but effective. Some of the petals look a bit washed out on the white background, but otherwise very nice.
