Actually, I have to disagree. The main subject is out of focus. I think it would be worth another try. I find that often it's necessary to take several photos with different settings, and see what works best. Maybe the shutterspeed wasn't high enough? But then again if it's too high the picture's too dark and turns out very grainy. In that case a tripod is useful. Or sometimes (and it looks like it was the case here), the focus is just off. After saying all this I will however point out that the background in this photo is good because it's not too busy, there are a few different shapes but nothing that really distracts the eye from the main subject.
Had the leaf and especially the water droplet been in focus, it would have been quite good. Just keep at it! :)
