Yeah he is a cutie, isn't he? I chased his colleagues around the field for a while before I realized that one of their ilk was laying pacificly and watching the affair. I fired the rest and kept him.

Thanks for the credit, everyone. Pierre I wish I could take credit for the spotlight, but it's just the way the sun hit him at this moment. Your comment did make me chuckle when I thought of the Austin Powers line about sharks with lasers on their heads (squirrels with spotlights ...)

What a great shot. Very nice close up. Funny little creatures, can't believe that this shot was even able to be taken, squirrels are as fast as lightening. Wonderful shot!!
