This is the first in a series of photos I would like to upload. They are the result of one perfect morning when I was on the lake and the smooth water reflected the rising sun as it crested the horizon. It seemed that everywhere around me were beautiful scenes, and I did my best to get as many as I could.

Another beauty. I'd compare it to Waiting for God, but that would be like comparing two jewels...each is perfectly beautiful in its own way. In this shot, the dark water in the foreground and the gradual transition to orange / red and back to dark water again at the horizon is really wonderful.

What a stunning sunrise this is Reg....The silhoutte is magnificent as is the color, clarity, quality and composition. When I grow up, will you teach me how to take pictures like this with my Lumex? I am going to let this sum continue to rise in my faovrites folder on my harddrive. That way, I can check it anytime I want :))...thanks for this beauty, much appreciated :~)
