This is the side of a mountain In the Pyrenees where L'Hers river literally springs out of the rock. 1800 gallons per second pour out of this mountain. It was just the chance for which I had been waiting - the chance to try that neato slow shutter speed trick with a dark filter.

Oh yes. I like it.

Normally I go for the real time flow in these shots but this has a good balance to it. The composition is terrific with the angle you've used and the way the light is working here gives it a mysterious edge. (literally. ;) nice wallpaper shot too.

I would like to do a no comment too, meaning words cannot describe the perfect image, but I thought that saying so was just as effective for me.

Fabulous photo, its amazing the way its just pouring out of the dark background.
the washed out white area could be helped a little bit: you could use the Clone tool set to about 15& opacity, and clone some detail in from other water areas, also the Burn tool set to about 15% opacity could help a little too.

regmar,
This is a very mysterious shot, from a deep wonder; a natural mystery. I wanted to thank you for commenting on my "First Lily" shot, and the suggestion of using a dark border to accent the colors in the Lily. I noticed you have used the cut/border to accentuate many of your collection's photos, and can see how this effect has worked for yours, such as the green caterpilar photo. Thanks for both the comment on mine, as well as the beautiful contributions in your works. I used to have 3 pages.. 36 photos here however they seem to be eliminating them over time! Darn...
