This weekend I spent several hours each day strolling in a forest. At one point I was photographing a raccoon, when I realized there was this little anole doing his level best to not be noticed. The shapes in the grass and the textures of his scales really seem to work on the desktop, so I saved it for you. I hope you like it as much as I do.

Excellent detail. It's amazing how his color echoes that of nature so perfectly. The light and shadows really give a good depth to the image. A definite keeper Regmar. Thanks for sharing!
