I recognized these when I first saw the shot as a thumbnail. These cone-shaped devices were mounted at the bottom of many of the rocket types NASA created, funneling the fiery blast of their massive engines. The angle here suggests they were not actually attached to a rocket when you shot them. A very good mechanical capture.
