This is one of my previously posted pics that I am reposting for this contest, for this shot in particular has special meaning to me. When I was in Peru, I walked around this neighborhood and saw the poverty-stricken conditions in which the local people lived. Despite their poverty, however, everyone I encountered seemed happy and content. These people did not need the many materials and conveniences for contentment that so many of us need today; they were happy with a roof over their heads, loved ones, and a great sunset view, which I am sharing with you. I hope that it can serve as a reminder to be content with what you are blessed to have; it certainly has for me. Thanks!

This very similar to Nicaragua. When I lived there the skys were amazing, but everything below is third world. I lived like that for 4 yrs. And my friends do not understand why I miss it! You did an awesome job thank you!
