Jamaica 2002; just grabbed a Rum Runner from the bar and was walking by this hammock at the resort when I though, "damn I need that view as wallpaper for the office system", so it was a one handed shot right after a gulp of rum. (Nice Couples Resort)

It was taken with my Kodak 4.0 Megapixel digital, at the Couples resort on the North end of the Island. I was laying in the hammock with a "red stripe" beer in hand and thought that I'd better take this shot to use as wallpaper on my office desktop to remind me to go back. Thanks for the comments.

It's a gorgeous picture, but if you want to pretend you just snapped it while relaxing in a hammock, you should do a better job of cropping out the light stand in front of the palm tree on the right.

Uh... having actually BEEN to Jamaica, I can attest to the fact that some of the palm trees at resorts have flood lights attached to them, for after-dark illumination. That was for the critics. Way to snap, Rick. "Ah give it a tin."

Hmmm... is that the Sandals Royal Carribean in Montego bay? I went there last year, and it this looks like a view of their offshore island through the trees... It's a gorgeous picture!!

It's a Couples resort near Montego Bay... Examine the boat through the hammock netting (logo). No kids were allowed on the resort, and people were smoking dope right on the beach - it was a wild site to see.

Looks a bit like heaven, nice pic. I keep a hammock in my truck that on a nice day, I can hang from beneath my trailer. Sure get some strange looks and a lot of high fives from other drivers............but have never seen that place before............

It is Couples Ocho Rios. That is Tower Island in the background. My husband and I went there on our honeymoon in November 2005 and it is absolutely THAT beautiful in person. Awesome picture! It'll be on my desktop for quite some time!
