Looks good..Try a slow shutter speed as it's moving..20 seconds and the results look great...R.

It's good to see a follow up shot Roland, night shots are sometimes tricky and I'm often reluctant to take them myself. I'd deliberately under develop the shot and thus avoid the bold lighting on the wheel frame support. There's a lot that can be altered in post editing and over empathising the background lighting [as opposed to highlights] will produce pleasing results.
