I have not posted much lately, I hope to do it more regularly from now on. I start again with this picture celebrating the early summer we have been having in the Netherlands this year.

I seen this in the booth and thought it was great. Lovely colours in the sunset and the beach is nicely lit. I also like the sun o/c and the way the fence leads straight to it. Excellent picture here.

Hello Rob..of course sunsets like this are always magical! You just can't lose with those gorgeous colours. I live near the Pacific Ocean, so I see wonders like this often. But I must say your fence, the way you took this photo, so the eye is led right down to the water, well, that's really lovely. I do think its strange that there is a fence on the sand itself...kind of changes the freedom doesn't it? But your photo is magnificent, you did a great job on it. Verena

I hope your early summer carried on Rob, it didn't here in the UK. This is a great shot, with a very nice sense of movement out to the horizon and the setting sun. Lovely metallic tones on the water too.
