First of all I want to give yu a warm welome to caedes.net. Its great to see another person take Oregon coast shots..I live an hour from the ocean...where do you live?Yup! I knew it! take a look at my gallery and you will see a photo I took at the Coast when there was a huge cloud covering. This is a great shot you took. You were far from the Haystack..where exactly were you? The water is so great here. And the way you did with the tree is wonderful.Check out my "Beach VIew from up High" and "Ocean Fluff"........

I love the fog, the dead tree in the foreground, the beach, the waves, and everything about this. Great job.

Gorgeous shot! I am impressed. The tree in the foreground is splendid, the picture without it would not be so apealing. You definitely get 10 from me! Congratulations.
Thank you for sharing this photo with us.

What a scene! Great post.
I am sure I have seen a similar image from Verena. Doesn't matter, I could look all day at those shots.

This shot came up on the home page and I had to look twice...I lived in Oregon for a while and took this exact shot (though in portrait mode) and have it hanging on my wall. I guess if it's good enough for my wall...Very nice photo.

it just doesn't get much better than Oregon. And you captured another great slice of it. Oh that bare tree on the left. it is AWESOME in it's detail. The fog in the distance is graceful and kind as it settles gently down on the land. This is a simply BEAUTUFUL capture. Tens...all the way.
