An adorable capture ... I can tell they are the best of friends. Nothing is better than to have your canine buddy to snuggle up with. I like the sepia & the lighting is perfect.
Thank you for sharing, but especially for putting a smile on my face. This is truly priceless.
Caught this in the VB and just had to tell you how much I really like this image. It's childhood, innocence, love, patience, and beauty all in one wonderful image and a spontaneous pose as well. Nicely chosen use of a soft sepia tone. Just an impressive shot all around. This goes into my favs.
I am soooo kidding Roelf. Been forwarding links of your image's page here to those that I thought would enjoy your photo. :o)
If I may be bold, hope you don't mind ... a little undecided on the composition. And perhaps I should keep my fingers to myself, as I wasn't there and am at somewhat of a loss as to suggestions to improve upon it.
Think that the dog's face being too close to the right edge is my lone caveat. Perhaps, a little closer then and coming around to the right, looking left with camera position?
Still, with that said ... this is indeed a priceless photo and your choice of treatment is most apt and judiciously applied.
I enjoy this one ... very much. Know that. :o)
And but of course, thank you for sharing it with us.
"Think what a better world it would be if we all, the whole world, had cookies and milk about three o'clock every afternoon and then lay down on our blankets for a nap." - Robert Fulghum
Great stuff. The only complaint I have is the shadow line going directly across the dogs eye - but of course you wouldn't have been able to do anything about that so it really doesn't matter. A priceless shot.
You my Caedes friends post the most wonderful images out here. Full of beauty, life and gorgeous colors. For that, you have my heartfelt 'thanks'. I love 'browsing them' and wish there was more time to personally comment on every one of them.
A touching image of these two. Such a lovely gentle dog, who looks used to being laid on :) This could easily be in a magazine or on a poster. Quality here. The sepia tone makes this appear older than it is - a fine shot Roelf : ^ >
Thank you for sharing, but especially for putting a smile on my face. This is truly priceless.
Great job. :-)
