I like that through your post processing, most of the colour within frame is relegated to that of the boat. Effectively bringing it to the foreground more so.
Which segues to a caveat and a suggestion.

Curious what the end visual results would be if you added some more 'black'. Midtones, particularly. 'Cause ...
Comparing thumbnail (less gamma stuff happening) to that of a full-size view?
Seems to tame some of the business and in turn, and once again ... put more focus on that of the boat.
Some creative food for thought then ... and I get to take a bow for keeping my thoughts coherent and cohesive and bringing things back full circle.

Found my artistic soft spot with this one here, Rob. As I do quite like the illustrative look. (My own roots rest there in the traditional arts.)
Oh, last thing ... might have been tempted to rotate things clockwise a degree or whatever it would take to make the verticals ... vertical.

I like this one very, very much! Like Les, I like the bright color coming forward on the boat, while the monotones are in the background. Busy background, yes... but so is a harbor and a city... felt just right to me. :)
