I really like how the fence accentuates the rolling terrain. There is so major security lighting going on. I feel like a stalker from this angle. Good scene Rob.
That's quite a narrative you have here, Rob. Except for the part that says, "Paint.net manip", I understand the entire narrative.
This is a very simple, but good looking landscape posting. The brown grasses remind me of an Andrew Wyeth painting. Beautiful post photo work as always. My tendency is to avoid mixing too much of those man made structures into a landscape; so I personally would have opted to remove the power poles. Personal preference only because your image looks great.
I'm beginning to think Dorothy is an anarchist with her telling people to go around and destroy all the utility poles. A nicely captured and presented scene, Rob. Good lighting and shadows in the shot.
This image reminds me a sky composition a little bit before the storm and in my childhood I loved to run through the field before the storm, through the wind and eletric atmosphere, I felt mysefl filled with energy, I like stormy weather until today, this is the travel that your scene provokes in my mind, Rob! :-) Very nice!
People aren't going to remember the things you do. They're going to remember how you made people feel. Be kind, gracious, and appreciative. Dan Winters - Photographer.
