Well, Darth, you got the sky right. It's dark and dreary and worthy of a Rotterdam setting. Unfortunately the rest of the shot is awfully cheerful and uplifting and makes me want to vacation on that little boat in the center right there in Rotterdam harbor. I like the drop of leaves in the upper right which adds some extra depth to the shot. The rest of the photo could easily be from a postcard given out by the street vendors to show the beauty of Rotterdam. This might not be the nasty underbelly or the back alleyways, but it's a stunner and shows your diversity as a photographer as well as the diversity of the city. 8 out of 10 from me, Rob.
