There are some stunning colours in this photo with all the silvers blue and grays.
Plus the detail and composition is a 100% the yellow boy in the water adds a nice effect to this shot as well.10/10

I love your color treatment on this. The image really takes on a kind of dimensional quality. I think I would have been tempted to move the buoy further into the image to keep our eyes on the stucture in the background more. If I couldn't do that, I think I would have removed it because it keeps distracting me. But whatever you did here in the post processing is really nice work, Rob.

This scene makes me think of Skitzo (Roger). He does a lot of huffin and puffin too. It looks like a quarry or cement plant.
You have made it appear to fit right in with the surroundings.
Colors are good.
You do seem to enjoy everyday as you should Rob.

Rob....

This shot has the guts Rotterdam splashed all over it. I'm reminded of the scene in "Apocalypse Now" when Robert Duvall says, "I love the smell of napalm in the morning." I love the sight of massive amounts of industrial pollution in the morning. What a great shot. I believe you could cut that air with a butter knife. And look at the massive size of that pile of coal or perhaps a toxic byproduct on the left. Even the shoreline looks filthy.

I like the contrast between the shiny industrial buildings and the poisons that are the byproducts of this enormous operation. And what is that I see on the left? Are those the new luxury condominiums being constructed to take advantage of this view.

Ahhhh. The wonders of man doing the work of god. Thank you, Yahweh, Buddha and/or Mohammed for industrialists. With all of those huge containers, fabulous piping, filters and tanks, this looks like it was designed by the Three Stooges on acid.

Brilliant shot, Rob. Man I love this stuff.

Rob - A terrific industrial photo. The dominance of gray emphasizes this. In post-photo work, a bit of halo developed around some of the stacks and the building. Thad

I like the color tone and the slight shine off the metal buildings. Great work.

This has hustle and bustle written all over it. A well done capture to show industrialism.

A not-quite bleak capture of this industrial scene, Rob. I like the colour tones in the photo. Seems a bit soft with the focus and slightly grainy.

The difference between a bad artist and a good one is: the bad artist seems to copy a great deal; the good one really does. ~William Blake
