It's really beautiful!

At first I wanted to be mad at you for having the nerve to post a flower shot when it's not even close to being Friday. Don't we get enough of this ____ on Fridays? But now I'm very curious as I look at this image. First of all I don't see any "blend" in the flower petals, and I have no idea how you made a pink rose look like it's silk or satin.

I misread the title and was expecting a black flower because I naturally assumed that this was going to be a "Satan Rose". I'm happy to see that you're taking your super powers and using them for the good of mankind and have turned from the dark side. Interesting work. Wish I knew how you did it.

Oh my Rob, a superb manip and the satin look is exquisite!! As one who use's Paint.net almost exclusively I must admit I am highly intrigued at this beauty so don't be surprised if I try to mimic this someday by posting something similar or maybe even a something a bit different, let's say a....................satin inner tube for starters LOL!!!:):) Really nice:)
