This is quite nice, with the subtle yet dramatic combination of colours, and reflections. The cropping could be a bit tighter as follows. In from the Left, removing about half of the darkest portion. Down from the Top to just remove the brightest white reflection in the center, and in from the Right to remove about 2/3rds of tha flower/stems that are exiting the border. The main subject/Flowers, and the secondary subject/reflections are now in perfect balance and one compliments the other. The viewers eyes are no longer being pulled out of the picture through the Right border, which was minimizing the effects of the reflections. All very minor, but considerably greater impact.
I do like the layering and the lighting situation, I don't know about cropping, but I might have moved everything over to the left and up a tad more to include the flowers at the right. All in all I think it's beautiful.
An interesting look in this capture, Rob. I like Doug's cropping suggestions. A nice textured background and lovely colours in the blooms. Maybe change the layer ordering in the image. The light layer gives more the appearance of fog/water reflection. I'd move it below the flower layer so it affects the background layer and try some localized lighting effects on the flowers.
