I am now 33 comments behind. Until I get caught up, I only have time to comment on a single shot per person per day. Since all of my Caedes friends are now in the cadre and posting two shots, I'll leave the other shot to your other friends.
For me, this shot is all about textures. You just can't beat the salty air of Rotterdam for its corrosive impacts on the ships. This one is pocked, grungy, rusty and weathered. I love the way that the gravity impacts the corrosion so that the deteriorating ooze just drips down the side of the ship. Kind of makes you want to touch your finger to that black ooze for a quick taste. :-)
The area with the lamp caught my eye. It appears that it should be a window but isn't. Lots of interesting stuff going on in this little shot, Rob.
