There's nothing quite like a walk on the white sandy beaches in the Caribbean. The sounds of the lapping waves and the cheerful gulls fill the air as some tropical music filters in from inland. You sit in your beach chair sipping something fruity with an umbrella in it and admire the bronze perfectly proportioned beach goers around you or just watch the lone surfer riding the curl of a perfect wave. Your copy of the latest best seller is open in your lap as you fade from dream sleep to dream awake.
But wait!!! What are those giant windmills making that racket? My God!! A flock of pelicans just flew into one. Bloody feathers cover the white sand. Wait a second. That sand isn't white....it's got oil and tar in it and dead sea creatures litter the beach. Holy &^%$#!! The tide is rising and the sandy beach will be gone. Those aren't footprints. They're tire tracks.
That's right. I'm not in the Bahamas. I'm in Rotterdam.
A nice perspective in the photo, Rob. Good depth in the view and good lighting in the scene. I can't imagine them windmills being any more annoying than Roger's constant whining.
This is not a deja vu, dear SOR. I have seen the far background part before !!!! The title is simply wonderful - Twilight the title of one of my favourite songs by ELO. Thanks and thanks and thanks [3 creds LOL] Yours SAM
