Great shot, there is a lot to look at here, lots of textures. It will take me a while, but I will enjoy every minute. Awesome photo.

Definitely an interesting growth, Rob. Think the composition would be better cropped down from the top, about 1/2 of the way to that top rim.
Those two small protrusions that are exiting the top border draw too much attention.
Really nice colour and detail throughout.
