I can't imagine anyone getting any better industrial shot then you Rob. I like this angle.

Reminds me of a cruise I took of Amsterdam harbour and the adjacent canals many years ago. Just so much to see, you can't take it all in. Really fascinating. And Rotterdam is even busier.
Nice work, Rob.

I agree with Tick , this would make an outstanding entry in the current contest. The lighting , color and comp. are all top notch. Very well done Rob .

I guess living near there helps though. Another fine shot of the harbor, Rob.

It is a great shot of the harbor and also a great industrial shot.
An entry for the contest perhaps?

Rob...

With Rotterdam having the largest harbor in Europe, you should be able to walk away with first place in the contest. Your gritty edginess in your photo editing makes a perfect companion to those industrial views of the harbor.

Looks like one of my telephoto shots since I'm assuming you weren't in a row boat in this busy harbor. Wonderful shot in every way.

Great shot. When you don't live near a large harbor, you just really have no idea what that means. One does have to load and unload those great big ships somehow. It's just hard to imagine.

A nice capture of this flock of urban cranes, Rob. Good details and lighting in the scene.
