It's not too dark for me, Darth. I like dark and I like rust. However, there is something about the post photo work on the shot that bugs me a bit although I'm having a tough time putting my finger (or my eyes) on it. Maybe there's too much contrast. There's definitely something odd going on where the bright light hits the shadows on the building siding behind the boat on the left surrounding the blue graffiti. Maybe it's the varying shades of gray that look different to my untrained eye. If Wendell shows up, he'll be able to explain it better than I did. That guy has the eyes of a hawk.
As everyone above already commented, the reflections look great and your treatment has beefed up an antique look to the boats. I'll give this one a solid 7.
