As a PhD in ornithology, I recognize that feather as coming from the extinct dodo bird on earth. While many of us think that the dodo is extinct, Rob knows that his enlightened race of beings from the planet Xenon had a very successful captive breeding program. While the bird will probably never be reintroduced on Earth while man is the dominate creature, we can rest assured that the residents of Xenon are looking out for the best interest of the dodo bird on their home world.

I also see what appears to be moss and lichens and petrified and fossilized mildew as well as what appears to be bark. All of these items are actually made from bubble gum from old baseball cards as this material is known to last for centuries and adorns the local zoos to make the dodos feel at home.

Lovely capture of the details in those textures, Rob.
