Quite a different shot for you Rob. I really like the mood that you're showing us in this one, sometimes the darkness makes a great capture and I think it's working for you here. The bricks make a wonderful texture and the broken window and vent pipes add character. Is that your shadow I see? By the slope at the bottom of the shot, I'm assuming this was taken up on the roof. If so, be careful up there my friend!
This is a great manipulation , Rob. The tones you have selected as well as the angle set the stage for a scene in a suspense movie. The lighting and textures are excellent as well as the boarded up window. Dan and I always check the alley ways when we are out shooting . They always seem to be more interesting and scary at times. I always let him go first. lol Excellent work!
Manipulated will if you did it is a excellent job.The light, shade and detail in this shot is a 100%.I also love the textures in the brick work, plus the shade and light is balanced evenly across this great looking photo.
The word excellent comes to mind when viewing this photo, Rob. Fantastic use of light and shadow in the scene. A nice perspective in the shot and great details, though I don't think you had to go so far as to break the window to add to the drama.
