I think you had better be careful, you just never know who might be looking out at you, just joking you know. WOW! Those windows are something to look at, wonder if they see as much looking out as we can just looking up at them. Great color tone here also.
Other than some distortion caused by the wide angle, the shot is flawless, Rob. I've really missed seeing your work these last few months. I haven't checked out the contests in the last six months that I've been away. If they ever have one entitled "Bleak" or "Grimy", you'll win first second and third. As always, I love your eye for capturing textures and for spotting the seedier side of Rotterdam. Looks like those coal powered power plants leave quite the residue. You could make a fortune if you sold glass cleaner in that neighborhood. Glorious filth in all of its beauty.
So COOL it's HOT Rob!! Although it's dark and a bit scary, I like the reality of it. The tones are really amazing, especially the blue of the window frames and the cracks in the windows remind me of cobwebs. Unfortunately, I've seen so many places that look just like this (and much worse) in the city that I came from and I'm sure they haven't gotten any better in the few decades since I left. So, this does give me a strange type of fond memory of my childhood. I'll be saving this one!
