Trash Art are recycled pictures I have taken in Rotterdam buildings, street art, flowers, trees, brickwork and anything else at street level grinding and pounding them into what I call Trash Art.
Another nice piece, Rob. I don't know if you cropped off space on the left border, (her direction of gaze) but it would be more effective with more space between her face-front and the border, even of you had to create more background.
I agree that is a superb addition to your gallery, you are a master at these my friend. I do agree with Doug, about the space to the left of her. I sure enjoy these, each one is a masterpiece. =^..^=tigs
She appears to be a bit disheveled, like the way I look after a weekend of camping in a tent! It also looks as if she's been run over by a tractor. Aside from all that, this is another spectacular work with excellent layering, light and tones. You rock Rob!
Wow this is one excellent piece of art work, love the shade and shadows in this piece and the golds in her hair. You sure do have a talent when it comes to lighting a subject as well.
I was reading Doug's comments about the cropping. Personally I'm happy that the top of her head isn't shown because it's clear that you literally removed the top of her head. It's a well known fact that Xenons survive by eating human brains. While she doesn't look like her brain would have ever made a full meal, I'm sure you found her tiny brain to be a tasty morsel. I'm not sure that running her over in your Hummer was necessary since they can trace those tire tracks on her face back to you. However, as a shape shifter, I know that steel bars cannot hold you.
It looks like she has her war paint on and with that intense stare she appears to be stalking someone. Good lighting of the scene and great textures and details in the image Rob. I like how her mouth is lined up with the name tag. Wonderful work!
