This is very humorous I do like it and stunning layout too.Plus it sure put a smile on my face as if one is laughing at you comment and the other is ashamed that he is laughing .Great piece of art work my friend and add me looking at it for some time too.

See at the background an old Dutch street and probably a part of a kind of entrance to e.g. a Town hall, to me representing the authority. The two grinning skeletons neglect your advice to give respect to the authority or someone else (they are probably a skeleton as a reward for their lack of respect). This leads me to the conclusion that this artwork is meant as a kind of parodied warning.
I could be wrong, but please show some respect to me by not disturbing my interpretation Rob. That would be really a gift, lol!
