This reminds me of red hot iron at the ferriers Rob. Very creative and as I look at it longer I see what looks like a snake eye (near right center). Very intriguing.

An iron snake that will pull you to the depths and feed you to the fish, Rob.
The blood rust adds a great dimension.

Rob, as you might know, the strength of the chain is formed by the weakest link. The amount of rust didn't troubled me. It can, without objection, still be used for which it has made for, but I suppose that this doesn't have your interest (neither I do anymore, lol). Your intriguing composition, perfect textures, and colors (by rust) are more interesting to me. Very keen find! Well done again.

"I had a kind of epiphany about it this morning. Are you familiar with Abraham Maslow, the peak experience? It's, um ... A single moment that takes you out of yourself. Makes you feel very tiny or very large. To some extent, one with life or nature or God. Like seeing all the pieces of a puzzle fit together. All this time, I was trying to fight it. Deny it. But there is no shame in this, is there?"
