Considering the antiquity of the images you've been providing us, Rob, and despite my 33+ years experience with historic photography, I still cannot get over how crisp and sharp glass plate negatives truly are. Those eyes are incredible, the equivalent of 26 megapixels today, possibly even higher. As a pedant and historian, I am very appreciative of the direction your submissions and photo editing has taken.
