I went googling and found a couple of E.H. Garrett's, but the photos don't match this guy. Unless of course he is wearing a toupee. In the other photo, he was clean shaven and younger.
I can only assume this one was in the Witness Protection Program, Rob. You did a marvelous job of adding some color to his life.

Rob, I miss in your narrative the accompanying link, so that I can't compare the original B&W version with the by you colorized one.
Because you have proven so many times that you're a very skilled person in this branch of art, I surely know that you've achieved the best possible result again.
Very good addition to your impressive gallery of colorized artworks of ancient photographs, my friend!

The link was down due to a broken defumbuiator in my system C got the refurbermodulater up and running so I could repair it thanks for the heads up.
